We use PostNL for deliveries within the Netherlands and DPD / DHL for all other international destinations. Thanks to PostNL’s well-integrated network, we deliver swiftly and reliably to most places in the Netherlands.
Standard Processing Time: 1–2 working days.
Dispatch Time: Once confirmed, orders are shipped within 2–3* working days.
Delivery After Dispatch:
Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2* working days.
Germany: 3–4* working days.
Note: Delivery times on the Wadden Islands may vary. *Except public holidays.
⚠️ Fresh & Frozen Products: Please note that fresh and frozen items are only available for delivery within the Netherlands.
If you choose to have your order delivered to a PostNL or DPD/DHL collection point, you must collect the package within one week. After this period, the package will automatically be returned to us.

Please note: We do not receive an automated notification from couriers when a package is returned, so keep a close eye on your tracking.
Once we receive the returned package, we will credit the product amount. However, an administration fee of €6.95 – €14.95 (depending on the country) may be charged per package.

A re-delivery fee will be chargeable if a delivery fails due to any of the following reasons:
Incorrect phone number or shipping address provided.
Mistakes in the address or the doorbell/intercom name differs from the order name.
The delivery address is not reasonably or safely accessible.
There is no secure location to leave the package, and no one is available to accept it.
Unavailability of a person to sign for the delivery (if a signature is mandatory).
Tip: Would you rather have your packages delivered to your workplace? Please ensure someone is present in the evening to receive them!
Multifoods is not responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer. (This applies only to destinations outside the European Union).
Multifoods.nl takes full responsibility for items damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please report it to us within 72 hours at contact@multifoods.nl by following these steps:
Take clear pictures of the damaged items and the packaging.
Send an email to contact@multifoods.nl with your Order Number and attach the pictures.
