Incorrect Product: The product received is not the product ordered (excluding minor differences in packaging design only).
Defective Product: The product was delivered with a manufacturing defect or damage.
Expired Product: The product has passed its best-before date, and this was not clearly stated on the website at the time of purchase.
Unopened Condition: The item is completely unopened, and the original seal remains fully intact.
Note: Opened items or items with a broken seal after delivery cannot be returned under any circumstances for health and hygiene reasons.
If an item arrives in poor condition, please contact our customer service immediately.
Timeframe: The return request is formally made within 3 days of receiving the item.

Fill & Pack: Complete the return form and include it securely inside the return shipment box.
Secure Packaging: Ensure all items to be returned are packed properly to prevent any damage during transit.
Drop-Off: Drop off the package at the designated carrier location according to the instructions provided by our customer service.
Keep Receipt: Retain your proof of shipment receipt until your return has been fully processed and credited.
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to one of the following specific errors on our part:
